What is AI Network Watch?
A continuous AI-powered monitor for your business network. It runs 24/7, keeps a live inventory of every device, flags anything unusual (new device joins, camera goes offline, traffic pattern changes), and sends you a plain-English weekly digest. Think of it as an AI worker whose only job is watching your network so nobody else has to.
How is this different from a one-day audit?
A one-day audit is a point-in-time snapshot — great for finding what's broken today. AI Network Watch runs continuously — great for catching what breaks tomorrow. Most businesses need both. Start with the audit (our Hi-Tech Security partner offers it on site), then keep AI Network Watch running between audits so you're not blind for 12 months.
What does the AI actually do?
Three things. First, it learns what 'normal' looks like on your network — which devices talk to which, when, and how much. Second, it watches for anything that deviates from that baseline (new device, unusual outbound destination, camera dropping frames). Third, it summarizes findings in plain English every week — no alerts on trivial things, no ignored inboxes.
Do I need to install anything?
One small monitor device (about the size of a paperback book) gets installed on your network — same as installing any smart home device. Takes 20 minutes. After that, everything runs from that device to our secure cloud dashboard. You do not need to install anything on your PCs, phones, or POS.
What kind of alerts should I expect?
Not many, by design. We tune the AI to be strict about what's worth telling you. Typical alerts: a new device joins the network for the first time · a camera or NVR goes offline for more than an hour · unusual outbound traffic that doesn't match your baseline · a device on your guest Wi-Fi tries to reach an internal system. Everything else waits for the weekly digest.
Where does my data go?
Your network metadata (device names, MACs, traffic patterns) goes to our secure dashboard hosted in Cleveland. The actual content of your traffic never leaves your building. We're not reading anyone's email or watching your cameras. If you cancel, all data is deleted within 30 days.
Can this replace my IT company?
No, and it isn't trying to. AI Network Watch is a specialized always-on eye on your network. Your IT company still handles support tickets, patches, backups, and everything else. Many of our customers actually forward the AI's weekly digest to their IT provider — it saves that provider hours of manual review.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $99 per month for a single site (one office, one network). Standard is $199 for custom alerts + a bigger baseline. Signature is $499 for multi-site plus custom AI-analyzed weekly threat digest and integration with your existing ticketing tool. No long-term contract, month-to-month, cancel anytime.
